Marine Hydraulic Globe Valve: Core Introduction & Ship Hydraulic System Applications
Marine hydraulic globe valve is an automatic flow control component specially designed for ship hydraulic piping systems, combining the precise throttling performance of globe valves and remote hydraulic driving function. Unlike manual marine globe valves, this valve adopts hydraulic actuator to realize remote opening, closing and flow regulation without on-site manual operation, which greatly improves the automation level of vessel fluid pipelines. It is widely matched in ship crane hydraulic loops, steering gear hydraulic system, hatch cover hydraulic pipeline and stabilizer hydraulic circuit, playing the role of emergency cut-off and pressure regulation. The valve body is made of cast steel or 316 stainless steel, with anti-salt spray coating, resisting long-term seawater corrosion and vessel vibration. It complies with CB/T, JIS F and ABS marine standards, passing 100% hydrostatic pressure test before delivery. The built-in high-precision sealing pair effectively avoids hydraulic oil leakage under high differential pressure, preventing hydraulic system pressure loss and equipment failure. For ocean-going cargo ships, yachts and offshore service vessels, installing certified marine hydraulic globe valves reduces manual operation risks during navigation, stabilizes hydraulic power output, and meets SOLAS marine safety inspection requirements. Regular inspection of hydraulic actuator oil circuit and sealing gaskets can extend the service life of the valve and lower ship daily maintenance costs.
