Why 316 Stainless Steel Marine Hydraulic Globe Valve Dominates Offshore Engineering
316 stainless steel marine hydraulic globe valve has become the mainstream supporting valve for offshore platforms, FPSO and ocean-going vessels, solving the core corrosion pain point of hydraulic equipment in salt fog marine environment. Compared with cast iron hydraulic globe valves, 316 material contains molybdenum element, which can effectively resist chloride ion erosion from seawater, avoiding rust blockage and internal leakage caused by long-term deck exposure. This hydraulic operated globe valve retains the excellent throttling characteristic of globe valve, supporting stepless adjustment of hydraulic oil flow and pressure, while the integrated hydraulic actuator realizes remote centralized control in the cabin control room. It adapts to hydraulic oil, fire-resistant hydraulic medium and mixed oil working conditions, with working pressure ranging from PN10 to PN25 to meet high-load offshore hydraulic system demands. All products obtain CCS, DNV classification society certification, with reinforced anti-vibration structure to cope with wave impact on offshore facilities. Installed on offshore drilling platform crane hydraulic pipelines and ship main steering hydraulic circuits, it greatly reduces the frequency of valve replacement caused by corrosion.
